Look for a Post with detailed description „how to ...“ it specifies the exact amount.

I think the above post assumes the rear diff has wires connected to it. Otherwise it's the same as the front.

As Pete points out, if you have wires to the rear diff then you have an electronic locking rear diff (quite rare).
disco4ever mentioned Castrol SAF Carbon for the rear e-diff but this has been replaced by Castrol BOT720. If you need this oil I have a couple of litres (purchased by mistake) which I could let you have at a reasonable price.
