Central Locking Woes

Evening All,

Looking for some advice/help from you all that know more about the D3 than i do which wouldnt be hard Whistle

Was out at the shops with the kids and locked the car as per usual and pressed the button on the remote locks clicked and indicators flashed. Came back to the car and one of the kids opened the passenger's door and lo and behold it opened with the alarm going of as well. Thought it was rather strange but put it down to a gremlin or something.

Got home and thought i would test the locks, so pressed the remote and I could hear the click of the locks and the indicators flashed. But for some strange reason it only locked some of the doors. It locked the passenger front and rear doors and the tailgate but the driver side front and rear doors were unlocked.

Has anyone else come across this scenario and if so what was the fix?

Thanks in advance

Yes as above a very common problem but also easy to repair, there is a very useful guide on the site if you do a search.
