I'm interested to start a new topic about the updated/latest software version and if it makes any difference
it should be possible to see which version is uploaded in your disco via the secret code 753

uploaded:

sub CPU soft version 16LX -v037-2004-04-30-BL14
private can version v02 09/10/03
I couldn't find anything like that,so I try,be gentle with your thought

Push the hidden botton in nav screen while you Are in the home page,the One that appears when you push the right hard button below sat nav screen.
This hidden botton is on the upper side of the screen just between the 2 icon(there should be' many post about it and the code)anyway keep it pushed for at least 3 sec. than push the left hard botton for other 3 sec and as per David copperfield magic,a new screen image will appear with a number tab like the phone One,digit 753 then the ok botton and ecco a bunch of botton to' play with,One is the software version Thumbs Up
if you cannot make it try in the search session of this site with the word secret code 753

2008, then thats probably the up to date version TBH, mine was done just after the New Turbo was fitted, with the updated version to exercise the Variable Vanes on the turbo during the start up sequence.

Additionally, the only problem Re-mapped D3's have is this one issue, when you decide to remap, the current ECU settings are stored on the Remap box, 8) , till it goes in to the dealers and you reset back to standard. The dealers then do a flash on the ECU and give you updates, but they will be overwritten again when to upload the remap again Big Cry
