Christmas off with the wife and kids in Japan (and a bottle of 18y/o single malt)
Being in Japan without my mates to share the malt "Every government interference in the economy consists of giving an unearned benefit, extorted by force, to some men at the expense of others."

Spending Christmas spoiling the kids (who still believe in Santa, so we'll be monitoring via NORAD.)
Only getting three days off and still being on 24/7 call throughout. Dr. Ian Malcolm:
"Yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should."
Transgenic tomato anyone?

Watching the 3 little ones, oldest is 9, getting stuck into the present pile just as it should be. Great food cooked by SWMBO and the MIL and a few days off work.
Having to dish out over £3k of finest malt whisky to ungrateful tw ts, sorry I mean esteemed clients, and the washing up!
