You will struggle to find tailpipes only (especially for a diesel, due to the downswept ends). JE do a very nice set of stainless exhausts for the TDV6. Sound great, and maintain the downswept exit so the back of the car doesn't get covered in soot. Here's some photos on a RRS.
and their V8 exhaust to show how they look on a D3.

I seem to remember Khan (the bling specialists from Bradford) did some a while ago. Can't think why though.Discovery 3 tdv6 7 seat Buckingham Blue

We saw the Kahn setup at Billing, and it did make the TDV6 sound like a beefy V8.

Hi Chris.
how are those new tail pipes behaving , the last time we spoke I think you have just fitted them. Any problems to date ? and did your MPG go up or Down.
I'm thinking of a set of the same ones you have (from the same people in the UK)
but the kahn ones also have taken my fancy (i like the 4 pipe look) , but
I undersatand that some people have had problems with fitting these .
Has anyone and experiace with JE's pipes .?
PS Chris , ill be talking to very soon about a TC for the D3

Hi Barry
Seems to have made no noticable difference to the mpg, it seems to go better, they do say its the same as adding 15bhp.
And it sure sounds cooler, a bit like the V8.CLUB "Ah Shor it'll be grand"

I passengered in the RRS in the pictures to Le Mans and back. It does sound bloody great, and goes pretty well too. Give member paulb a shout - it's his, and he can tell you more than I.

when I got my D3 remap by JE a couple of weeks back I asked about the exhaust. They don't have any for the D3 at the moment think they said something about getting a new design.F&M

Tail trims
Theres a place at Cleckheaton near Bradford past akesh restaurant(Biggest curry restaurant in uk by the way) that does go faster bits.
They can get various tail pipes to order
Picked up a heavy quality stainless end for my Explorer so i know they should be able to get one for the D3
I paid around £25 for the explorer one if thats a guide.
You might aslo try A.S.K at Kippax Leeds if they dont sell it they dont make it. Youll never see so much stuff crambed in a small warehouse
