Cleaning TDV6 motor

Has anyone pressure washed or hosed their motor without the top cover, if so any problems?

Just be careful around and behind the battery & fuses etc, theres some sensitive stuff round there including a canbus connection (I think.)
Mine got badly wet in there and spent the next few hours nwith the alarm going off intermittently and the doors locking and unlocking by themselves until it dried out again. Clive
