I was looking at that one but it doesn't appear to be for a heated wheel. The pic is a little hard to see but I believe the heated wheel version has a little two pin connector at right angles to the main Connector.

When I look online stores it appears there are several versions, some cheap and some marked genuine.

I want to do the same thing too. The only useful thing I can add is that the switch p/n is
LR014308 if you need the voice control as well as the heated steering.
