Thanks to this forum I ran down and cured a number of fault indications starting with christmas tree dash which eventually was cleared down to Clutch Actuator stuck. In the end I removed the Integrated Transfer ECU located behind the battery that suffers water ingress. When I saw it dry and dusty after a recent downpour I didnt think the problem was there. As it was an easy removal, I took out the ECU and found corroded plug and pins. Cleaned these all up and refitted ECU. All working perfectly again Thumbs Up

I've just had the clutch actuator stuck fault come up on my D3 this afternoon. I belive I will have an actual mechanical fault as when I turn the key on I can hear clicking from the transfer case are. Will have a look at it tonight when I get home, any tips on removing the actuator?
