Clutch slip

Finally got round to get to the bottom of my slipping clutch
Only to find once I got the box out that the clutch friction plate was fine and the dualmass flywheel was at fault
Removed that and found an oil leak from the rear crank seal.
Replaced the seal and dualmass and clutch and slave and steel pipe for the slave
Now it's all back and on the road
And gave the gearbox and transfer box and engine new oil

Hi. I am Mwiza Muzumara from Zambia, Southern Africa. It appears i may have the same problem you shared. My Discovery 3 has 170K miles on it. I got it from the UK at 150Ks. It has been the best car i have ever owned an i like it. Unfortunately my Rev meter seems to drop and rise sometimes in the same gear , mostly in gears 4 ,5 and 6. I discovered an oil leak from the slave seal and pipe. I would like to replaced the seal and dualmass and clutch and slave and steel pipe for the slave as well. I just ordered them online.
The tough part is getting the gearbox out as i will be doing it for the first time. i want to do it myself because i have been repairing my car from the start guided by Car forums and youtube videos and it works perfectly . Besides, i cant afford to take it to the dealer here in Zambia, because its too expensive . I help of a guide on how to take out the gear box safely. How can i access it. Videos would be excellent for me. I cant find any proper guide online despite making several attempts. How can access a good guide?

Thanks
Mwiza Muzumara
