Just go and get a bit of countryside. Dog or bike or both. Over the last few weekends as the weather has been a bit better I've been out and about getting a bit of exercise and countryside.

Steve, not too sure where your sore backside fits in to all this? I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

I cycled 23 miles out of the city, along the canal in to the fresh air yesterday in the sunshine. Very relaxing but, similarly to Steve, it does the no favours.
