The colour, roof rails and grill really help. I quite like it.

The rear view is very interesting. The grey roof, and rear spoiler, combined with the silver nappy rear under tray, appear to appease the eye to thinking its wider and lower than it really is.
I wonder if it would look even better if the rear tray was coloured the same as the roof?

Not quite, I still think its a poor replacement for the D3/4 becuase it has lost so much of what made the D3/4 the car it is. However, in this colour with the accessories, I think it looks OK.New Defender L663 110 SE (known as Noddy!)
Sold Volvo XC90 R-Design (known as Basil)
Sold - D4 HSE (Known as Gerty)
No longer the Old Buses original owner
231,000 miles and counting

D4 Face lifted
Still original injectors and turbo
V8 Front brakes
BAS Remap, Allisport Intercooler and deCat
EGRs blanked
T-Max split charge
Hanibal Expeedition rack
Prospeed ladder
Duratrac tyres
IID BT

Great looking car I think the grey roof makes it less tall/bulky and thats a good thing.
Rear looks OK I was behind one on my road today and that looked OK to me... (I think the number plate needs to fill the Oblong area.)
