I quite Like Phill (P1DNC) colour but im not sure what its called. Its nearly purple in some lights

Ha ha ha. I had no idea I was opening a can of worms with such a simple question!!

I got home in the dark again and can’t be bothered to get the torch out to check the VIN plate, in the meantime I’m betting it’s that Bonatti Grey colour. I do think it’s the best one when polished up, even more so when I get the wheels treated to a matching paint job.

Though that deep red looks pretty smart, reminds me of my last blood donation.

Has anyone here done their own wheel paint job? Quoted £400 here which seems pricey. I’ve just painted up in my shed a new wing for my Freelander 2 and was surprisingly pleased with the result.

At that age Bonatti grey, There's a plate on the slam panel with the paint code on it probably 659. I prefer it to Stornaway, which is a bit lighter. But then again I really do like the new Carpathian.
