Confirmation on steering wheel switch please |
|
Sorry, but can some one just confirm.
I have a heated wheel from a d4. I need to get a switch. Are the only differences aesthetic? I hear about white horn, raised horn, chrome switch ends etc.
Will they all work?
Got the clock Spring just holding back on the switch. There is one on eBay at the mo with the raised white horn. Mine doesn't have this, but can I strip down and use the cover from mine if the workings are the same?
Trying not to waste money, I just hope the right steering wheel turns up, says it's a 2009 to 2013 so should be right.
Many thanks in advance. Steve. You remind me of a younger me, not much younger mind...perhaps even a little older!

Can’t really help you as when I bought one it was complete with switches, buy it if it doesn’t fit send it back, at the worst you’ll only have the postage to pay It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Everything has fallen through so im back to square one. My ebay purchases turned out to be duff, and the steering wheel never actually turned up, so had to battle for refunds etc.
Will a wheel and switches from a 2016 fit a 2010? Ive found one that is complete with everything. Makes life easier.
Thanks.
