confusing suspension issues

So after my disco 3 being sat for a long time it's become my daily driver again. Pretty much as soon as I started driving it I started to get suspension issues, those being that after about 30 minutes of driving, i'd get 3 orange lights on the dash, HDC unavailable, special programs unavailable and vehicle lowering messages all in one go. Cycling the ignition makes it go away, but 30 min later it's back again.

I replaced the compressor (leakey end cap) but still get the problem only it's intermittent now. Done the leak test on all 3 valve blocks and there are no bubbles, but my nanocom is telling me that once my 1700-ish KPa is reached, and the compressor stopps, the gallery presure imediately starts to drop, until the compressor kicks in again and the cycle starts a new, eventually leading to the 3 lights and error messages coming back at random times, usually on the A1 on my way to work.

Below are all the fault codes I have that I think could be related?:

U0132 Lost comunication with ride level control module/ lost comms with suspension control module A
C1A13 Pressure does not decrease when venting gallery (intermittent)
U0416 Invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module (pending)
C1A10 Pressure fluctuates when the system is inactive
C1A00 control module (intermittent)

At a loss here, contemplating a set of spring conversions if this goes on much longer Big Cry
Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Have you checked the reservoir isn't leaking?

reservoir was changed about a momnth ago, no bubbles with soapy water.
also, the nanocom is telling me my front right height sensor is at at 3, where-as the rest are all in the 20's... could this be a contributing factor?

Check those values change in concert when you raise / lower the suspension?

I had a very similar sounding issue. On mine the original fault turned out to be the pressure sensor in the reservoir valve block. Again on mine it told the system it had pressure when it didn’t so was only allowing the compressor to run intermittently and couldn’t see the pressure decreasing so would throw up the venting the gallery message. If you have a iid tool look at the live value for the gallery pressure and try it with the sensor unplugged then plugged in. You can manually vent the gallery by slowly unscrewing the voss connectors until the pressure is released.
Worth a look.

Exhaust valve fault, either wiring or exhaust itself. Check for +12v and Earth when exhausting

U0416 Invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module (pending)

Check VDM for wheel speed sensor codes

C1A10 Pressure fluctuates when the system is inactive

Sticking relay, faulty pressure sensor, or wiring issue to sensor

C1A00 control module (intermittent)

Wiring fault at rear valve block

Few things there to check out. I’d suggest clearing all the fault codes, and posting up the P/C codes that return Thumbs Up

With this it seems there's some sort of slow leak somewhere, as when the car is left for a day the front end is down, and another day and the rear joins it (right down to the bump stops. The IID tool is showing it loosing about 1-2Kpa a sevcond each time the compressor shuts off, I believe the lights come on after a certain time because the compressor is getting too hot to keep the system at a decent pressure. thinking I might look at replacing the pipes linking the front shocks and the front valve to the reservoir valve block.
