Coolant loss - how do I get these off?

I have had to top up the coolant reservoir a couple of times over the last 12 months.
I suspected a leak but wasn't 100% sure as I wondered if it could have been an air lock following the cam belt change that I'd just had done prior to first noticing a low level - not sure if this is possible?
Yesterday whilst peering through the front grill I spotted a wet area on the small intercooler/radiator mounted forward of the main radiator.

I'm not sure what it's for as I haven't traced the pipes but it looks like it can be changed without too much drama if the near side headlight is removed - am I right in thinking this?
Can anyone advise how the fancy fittings are removed and if they can be reused.

Thanks Thumbs Up

Not sure about the clips, but the thin radiator at the front is the condenser for the aircon.

Well I dried out the water with a hairdryer and have kept an eye on it and so far has stayed dry Confused
