crankcase ventilation

I have noticed a lot of smoke coming from the oil filler. Grey/white smoke.
Got advice that the crankcase ventialtion is faulty.
In the old days it was easy to find the ventilation, but with the 3.0 l engine it is not that easy.

Have changed CSOV, secondary turbo, oil catcher.
The oil tube from the turbo is the new type.

Can someone give advice what parts are involved with the ventilation and maybe have a clue what can be faulty?

Can see no smoke from exhaust.
