Seems that not all D4s are the same...
I have a 2010 D4 2.7V6 GS manual which did not come with cruise control. As with others on here, I bought a steering wheel off eBay and had the switch moved over to my existing wheel by my local Garage. They did not have the kit to configure the CFF so I went to Land Rover and had it booked in with them. They connected up the kit and found that the options were not being offered to add the cruise control. They also could not enable the DRL as they say that option was not available either.
So I either have a D4 that is locked down and does not have the ability to change those settings or the Land Rover Engineer did not understand the process needed.
Could this be true, has anyone else come across this?

First issue is that you went to LR - an IID tool can do this no problem - I have done it on various GS's

Thanks for the reply... there is hope as it seems.
I think I am at the stage of finding someone who can code this, but is anyone local to South East Wales available to configure this for me?

They can't all be the same as you say you have a D4 manual, I've never heard of a D4 manual , D3 yes.It can when others can't,

yes the first few D4 (Commercials and GS spec) had the option of the D3 2.7 engine and manual gearbox (and cheaper tax IIRC)Stolen - D4 Loire Blue
