I know it all depends on spec,location etc etc...but out of interest,what sort of typical discounts are we seeing on new D4's at the moment ?"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool,than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

I got 10% off my last one but I have bought a few from there - it's all relative I suppose.
I thought it was a good deal. Others may well be doing better than that though.

14% off last week, I thought this was really good. Some dealers only offering 5%. Find it hard to believe there would be 20% off a straightforward deal unless it is a VAT free/motability scheme.

I found there was a difference of £150 per month on exactly the same deal between 3 dealers within a 30 mile radius.Joined the BMWX5 45e group

thanks for all the replies,just thought I'd ask as I was offered 5%,on a cash deal,with no part-ex.Granted that was my first ask and we hadn't really got into it,so maybe there was more to come ?
Another dealer told me they don't do discounts,but put some optional extras on instead.
