D3 2.7 tdv6 water leak

anyone know how hard this plastic housing is to change can it be done without wo much being removed

Sorry cant help with your problem but may help to enlarge your photos

just remove the "normal_" from the photo text in your post

Few jobs are easy on these.

You need to go in thru the wheel arch I think.

Question is. Do you need to remove the pas pump !

Through the wheel arch, remove the intercooler pipe (or at least move it out of the way). After that that elbow should be accessible without removing the PAS pump.
