D3 to D4 front end up grade
I am thinking of upgrading my D3 front end to D4. Headlights, grill and bumper. Can it be done, where can I get it done and what sort of cost am I looking at?

Wings will need to be changed, or trimmed (there used to be a template on here somewhere if you want to cut the front edge off the wings)
The front bumper is different as is the grille between the pre 14.5 model year and later so you have to make sure you get the lights to match the grille and bumper as a set but the later lights and grille will fit the earlier D4 bumper - if you fit these to a pre 14.5 front bumper there are some gaps that may be noticeable but there was a filler piece you could buy from Powerful UK
Depends which style headlights you want to fit as to what needs to be done to the elctrics and what is enabled in your CCF - this may need updating if you want to use Xenon lights.
Many people have done the work themselves use the search on the site as there are a lot who have posted about it
Another option if you want to update the look is to detango the headlights and change the front grille
Must stop buying shiny toys....

Thanks for the prompt and full reply. Very much appreciated and the pics you posted. Both look stunning. Sounds like it will be a costly upgrade. The option of detango the existing lights is a better option
