Hi
Disco 3 - 2006 - manual
I had a new EPB fitted last year after the dreaded screech. It lasted under a year and the fault/ noise came back and then locked up fully. I pulled the manual release to get it to my friends garage.
Adjusted brake shoes at the garage but the noise was still there, the EPB actuator was under warranty so I got a new one fitted. Everything is in and fitted and attempting to bed the shoes in but the “manual release activated” fault code won’t disappear and the EPB won’t engage
Any ideas?
Apologies if already discussed. I have used this forum for lots of other faults but couldn’t find this specific issue about resetting the manual release activated code
