As a top marque car, what sort of prices will i be looking at to service of one of these?
Do they differ with the XS, SE, HSE?
Does LR have a oil/main service?
I'm on the lookout for one, and i thought i'd do a bit of research before hand to save myself a heart attack later.
Any help would be appreciated!

If its a TDV6, then servicing is every 15,000 miles in the UK, and its not down to model, just engine type (petrol or diesel), and there are two services levels, A & B services.
Prices are always more expensive at main dealers, especial in large cities, but move out into the sticks a bit and prices are lower, even at dealers. There are indies, and mobile (some being forum members), that will give you good service and prices.
Mines in for a 15k service tomorrow, at a main dealer out in the country, £261 all inc. I've seen some folks get quoted 500 plus - it pays to shop around, and ask about price matching.
