No, D3 and D4 electrics are different (D3 has a fuse block).
You could use it to convert a 12N/S install on a D3 to 13 pin though, but only using the part of the loom which goes to the socket. 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
