D4 15MY Creaking dash - Fixed!! - Cheap part from Screwfix.
Our D4 has creaked and squeaked since the day we got it and it drives me mad.
It went in under warranty 3 times and they even fit a LR squeak fix kit
But it always came back and now it’s well out of warranty.
I was in Screwfix with a friend and I picked up one of these, he then listened around the can cab while I drove until he identified where the sound was coming from he then inserted the part into the noisy culprit and hey presto. Silence....

A more permanent but also cheap solution would be:-
Roll a long thin piece of BlueTac and insert down the seam, then press down to hold.
Tip, I always keep some BlueTac in the motor, I keep it stored in the blank power socket plugs.I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.
