D4 2011 XS audio/Satnav/Bluetooth/parking sensor failure

Evening, just wondering if anyone else has encountered this gremlin on a D4 and have a fix? I’ve had a look through the forum but can’t seem to see anyone who’s had the exact same issue. Mines a 2011 and the audio/radio on the touchscreen is greyed out and not working along with the satnav not starting and no Bluetooth connection, the audio for the parking sensors is no longer working either. I’ve accessed the hidden menu and the application status shows as shut down. I’ve checked all the fuses I can see may be related and they all look ok. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

If you can, get the DTCs read. That will give you an answer, likely all attributable to one fault.

Thanks, i haven't got one and having a look i can't see a model that would give codes for the entertainment functions, any recommendations? I've also been out and disconnected/reconnected the battery to see if that would reboot the system if it was jammed but it didn't resolve the problems

Problem resolved.

I took the Disco to a local garage who said the DTC indicated that the amp was faulty, having sourced a replacement this didn't resolve the issue.
i was able to establish that the amp was receiving the MOST signal but it wasn't coming back out of the amp to go to the DAB module so therefore the amp did seem to be the issue. I had good power input at the black and red connectors and it transpired that the yellow/red switched ignition wasn't providing any power, this was due to a break in the wire in the loom located under the r/h side rear passenger door kicker plate. It was rejoined and hey presto its all up and running better than ever (historically there had been crackling whilst using the bluetooth phone connection but this has gone now). If anyone needs an amp LR026010 BJ32-19C164-AF then drop me a message.
