The large D4 module 8H22 10F845 AA can be fitted to the D3 .. you just need to modify the wiring / get a new connector ( most connector is the same )G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

The only time I can ever think of them using this module would be on the basic D4 with tiny ( no most connection ) screen between 2010-2012
After that Bluetooth was fitted into head unitG4 Gone ...but not forgotten

I have recently bought a d4 module, but it doesn't appear to have the MOST connection. Is this the same issue as previous picture ? Apologies, I can't see the code on my phone. If I've got the wrong one and it can't be connected into the MOST system, ill send it back.

Not always, I bought a very cheap Freelander 2 unit which is identical to the D4 item.
The F2 unit will not work in a D3 but the D4 one will.Series 1 V8

Im going to just get the one as per model number you provided Wiggs.
Its a bit of a minefield out there and I'm already sending one back that isnt right.
Theres a couple for sale on ebay right now, showing the correct model number and MOST connection slot.

i believe you straight away, that's why i asked it..
and flashing it, will presumably not work in de D3 since the right firmware for a D4 is not available then..
no issue for me anymore since i bought the correct partnumber yesterday here on the forum.
still did not find the definitive answer however, if it (D4 bluetooth) will solve the phonebook (not visable) issue on my D4 screen fitted in my D3, although i can see the phone book displayed on the "radio" screen
although i have the "latest" software flashed to the D3 module..Best regards
