D4 C29E Error Code
Does anyone recognise the code C29E? It was read (but not further identified) by my nanocom following an amber engine/transmission warning message on the dash. Having cleared the code, the error message has not (yet) repeated.
It could just be that the Water in Fuel message I had last week in my new 380 mile so-far Graphite was feeling lonely and wanted company whilst waiting for the fuel filter housing to be replaced!!
Thoughts of rejection are beginning to fester.

No, there's not. Nor anywhere else I can find.
One problem is that the nanocom has not yet been updated to cope with changes to 2016 vehicles. Blackbox say they are still working on this. Accordingly, I don't know what reliance I can place on the code returned by the nanocom.

Thanks both - I appreciate the input.
The car is displaying no symptoms. Also, we've been out today and there's been no sign of the warning message repeating. That does indeed point to a spurious signal. That said, I had my previous D4 for for 5 years and NEVER had a dashboard warning - spurious or otherwise. I've had this one three weeks and had two already.
Of course, because I cleared the error code in order to see if it was a persistent fault, there is now nothing left to see with a IID or anything else. It's due into the dealer on Tuesday for the fuel filter housing to be replaced and I'll see if I can get past 'Tracy' to obtain some technical advice.
Thanks again.

The dealer advises that the code C29E is incomplete so it's a question of waiting to see if the error repeats itself.
About to head to Cornwall for a couple of weeks so there'll be plenty of opportunity for it to show itself again.
