It won't stay in locked mode above 24mph Pete ...so assuming Kamil isn't Miss daisy it should revert to normal 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Just a thought, I was wondering if the harsh ride (sounds like it has been there since delivery) could be down to something the dealer (didn't) do on the pre delivery inspection? Do they have to unlock the suspension or something?

In the handbook it tells you about locking the air suspension for when recovery is required via trailer etc and you ratchet strap it down. Has it been left in this position. MY18 RRS Autobiography Fuji White

If it's still in Transit \ Delivery mode then it won't drive above 20 mph ISTR 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

What car did you own before the D3. Yes it is a velvet style ride but if your coming from certain other brands and vehicle types then the D3 can feel like it crashes about a bit. I.e i owned an Audi A8 previously with normal size alloys and i have to say it rode smoother than the D3 personally but was no where near as nice to drive and used to hurt my back big time

Had a loan of a brand new Freelander yesterday, nice little car BUT was I glad to get back in our D4 and its smooth glide like ride! OK not as comfortable as our old Jags but for a big 4X4 superb.LR Discovery 4 XS pulling an Airstream 532 Caravan also own (since new) a 1996 MGF
