D4 rear LED resistors

Hi guys ,looking for tips on how to & what is required for adding resistors to D4 lights?? Embarassed
Cant seem to find anything on this subject when searching Confused Confused

I think the following post might also be of some held, because it shows two different approaches for the actual mounting of the resistors. I chose the "magnet approach" because I didn't feel like drilling into the chassis. Pictures can be found here:
