Lee/Martin , you two deserve to be tied to a hermaprodyte and shot at dawn with balls of your own shyte.
I'm off to oil the wheels of my knuckle trolleys.

Ditto. I always prefer to skip a generation. Will wait for all the lemmings to trade in their HSE D3s and get one of those for a few years. No longer a D3 owner but still subscribed to multiple threads!

Well, the D4 looks good but I have a couple of years left on the lease. However, by the time I am ready for the D4...........they will have ironed all the glitches out.

Something a little bit controversial that is dividing opinion.

Have to agree with Wex on this one
the flippin thing is only launched and the lemmings are already queing up to buy one
I for one will be sitting back and watching until LR sort out all the gremlins they usually build into their new gear and only then will I consider even looking at one.
As for what bits can i fit on a D3 to make it a D4, again I'm with Wex, what a load of crap , if you have a D3 its aD3, when LR sort out their new D4 and if you buy one then you'll have a D4
Kinda reminds me of watching the kids in the stret last week,
my wee lad was insensed at the fact that his little friend had top trumped him by claiming his daddy's car was bigger that our car, when he came home he was inconsoleable, I told him dont worry, their car might look bigger, but in fact its a big pile of coz it a sassong mousso.
Morale is:
The D3 is finally sorted seemingly, is not a bad car and we're all getting excited about a motor we're not completely familiar with and from my little hole in the ground, does not appear that different, LR dressing up their emperor with new clothes
IMHO
BTW does anyone know where I can get to meet a hermaprodyte, I'm alway curious about those things

Mark , FFS give it a break will ye.
This is what I said Discowex wrote:Speaking for myself here , I'll hold out on the " Will it fit..." "What if...".... " "I predict..." until it's on the road and I see some actual experiences and opinions from owners as I did before I bought the D3, rather than surmising & guesswork. But I'm sure LR are reading it all and taking it all in.
I think that Disco3 should stay Disco3 and Disco 4 as Disco4 not a confusing mash of both but maybe its cheaper to have an amalgamation ?
Anyway it isnt a democracy here and I'm not paying for the site so best of luck with it.
My opinion

I started a thread http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic33652.html but at times things do get up my nose so here goes the rant.
I personally think a lot of people are taking the site for granted, posting in the fun sections is great but every post when coming in on other threads always being etc
The few of us here in Ireland on the site have all met up and organised events, meetings, modifications(mainly in Discowex's shed)etc etc because of being members of this site.I think Discowex gets frustrated as do I when the banther steers towards the paddies and brits thing and that sort of tone,I don't think it has any place on this forum in any manner.
We all like a joke every now and then.......but every post doesn't have to be a joke.If you search through the forum you will find members with serious tech problems genuinely looking for help and info,I am sure a lot of time went into the wiki section for members to get info at the click of a button. The site isn't just for having a laugh.
To sum up,I think we all need to take a chill pill before we get on each others nerves too much and keep the jokes for the jokes section and the threads on topic.
Mainly directed at the Irish members but anyone can use the info
Rant,Rave
Then who am I to preach........but still I do like to.
So there's over 450000 posts on here and about 250 so far are about the D4 and you're bored of them already
If that's the case life is going to get very dull on here for you as the site caters for both vehicles and the amount of D4 related posts in only going to increase
What a horrible thought......... More seculation about brembo brakes, chrome crap and cup holders seems a shame to spoil an otherwise good site!

Next time you see one you wouldn't mind just checking the exhaust tip bore would you I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
