| D4/LR4 (pathetic) alarm to horn? (Like you can do on the D3) |

I've got a new to me LR4/D4 and today whilst doing some maint went to check and lubricate the manual key fob key because I was pretty sure it would be seized (which it was). In sorting that out I set off the alarm and was (not) shocked to hear it was the pathetic volvo horn that sounds like it's off a child's bike or something equally inaudible. On my D3s I changed the alarm to sound from the horn but that doesn't seem to work on the LR4.
I found this link below, which suggests that at least one member managed to edit the CCF to do it. I have no idea how to do that as my IID usage is remedial. Before I start messing around with stuff I wanted to ask if others have made the switch, and how you do it. The thread is a couple of years old.

I updated my ccf to use horn as well as sounder (I think that is what it was called). It didn’t change a thing so I left it and bought a disklok...

Also updated the CCF to use the horn as the alarm and it also didn't change a thing. PAGODA
