Not photoshopped - it was a safety team vehicle for the Disco launch trip in Utah. The Warn winch kit was done for the event and is not commercially available apparently.

Correct, not photo-shopped. You can see it throughout this video posted recently. It is at 9 seconds in and other places.

Land Rover have a full department to make winch bumpers etc and a list of companies to work with, with money to make one offs...the winch bumper will be an option at sale I'm sure or svo will make you one!

This is a great video, thanks for sharing.

I know it's just a bit of driving over sand, but what this video gives is another bit of context for me to see the D5 in the kind of environments I want to, and it makes me feel more and more excited by the new generation every time I see something like this. I acknowledge the hard facts; when I changed from my D2 to my D4, the three wolf boxes that sat perfectly left to right on the back of the front runner rack in a carry case on my D2 could no longer do this due to the now tapered boot shape of the D4. The map pockets I used for.. er.. maps and first aid kits were gone. Sound familiar? Was it an annoyance? Yes. Absolutely. Does it make me love my D4 less? No. Because the overall sum of the parts was such an amazing package that I redesigned how I pack the roof and where I stow stuff and I moved on.

I can't wait to see more of this vehicle operating off road, looking at home. Despite the yet-to-grow-on-me asymmetrical rear, I think the final 'straight' line of the rear quarter looks really good in this video side-on, and is distinctive against the rake of the RRS and the FFRR.

That shot at the top of the thread was from the launch event, the photo by Nick Dimbleby, he confirmed it was a one-off build for the launch event and not commercially available.

Not saying there won't be one in the future but for the moment Yawn

Tyres are the Duratrac 255/55r20 and what i'm ordering for my overland rims (dark anthracite painted new RRS 20's) for my D5 in Silicone Silver when it arrives Thumbs Up Whistle
