Why my DAB will not find all channels
Hi All
We own a Disco 4 2012 and a Freelander 2 2013. Both have similar radios, in fact all the controls are the same. However the Freelander 2 appears to find more Dab channels than the Disco 4. I know this because the Freelander 2 DAB will list all three Virgin Radio stations where the Disco 4 only lists the main Virgin station and not Virgin Anthems or Virgin Chill. Auto tune many times and it just does not list the 3 stations. So my thoughts are is there a limit to the number of channels the Disco 4 can hold over the Freelander 2 based on the Freelander 2 have a little bit more updated console or is the aerial just better in the Freelander 2

Maybe the freelander being a 2013 has dab+

TBH i just wish the DAB in mine would hold onto signal better than it does, im forever losing signal in areas where ive previously had no problem in a 2013MY FL2 and Ewok2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten

Can you recall any more details? I've just lost Radio X as it's moved to DAB+ and if LBC goes too, I'm screwed D4 XS, gone, much loved, never forgotten

I reliving my 20's-30's by listening to Chris Moyles in the morning. Also, I find Johnny Vaughan in the drivetime show (plus Saturday mornings) absolutely hilarious. Sure there will be plenty who disagree
To be fair their weekly podcasts are great - no music, no ads and all the best/funniest bits in one go.

IIRC ... there is a thread about the kit BUT it was silly money. £500 rings a bell.

I had a similar issue till i notice in the DAB settings it was set to Bosnia or somewhere, when I changed it to UK, lots popped up
