Can’t say for that one but I use fluke. By far the best.

Fluke will be expensive.

And not necessary for diy

If you are going to take half a dozen readings a year, perhaps associated with your Disco looking at battery drain and so on, then it is fine.

If you are going to take measurements in order to earn a living, and especially if you are going to make assurances to others, then you need to go more accurate and repeatable (and that quite often leads to a market leader such as Fluke).

Lost count of Fluke devices in my arsenal, last check was around eight Embarassed But then they earn me a living.

Cheers.

I'm not convinced the resolution of DC current on that meter will be good enough. I use a UNI-T UT210D on the car and it has been fine for most tasks.

I got this one from RS, part number 146-9096.

Main reason was I needed one fast and have an account. Plus it wasn’t as expensive as others I had found on line.

I have been watching this thread with interest, and decided to buy a UNI-T UT210D.

A Google search revealed a number of suppliers all charging £35+ except:-

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UNI-T-UT210D-Di....l4275.c10

charging £14.80; I guess this is a Chinese copy?

Any thoughts?

It looks like he is just putting "UNI-T UT210D" in the title to get search results.

Later is says unbranded

Not a UK based seller, so could take a while to arrive and may also be liable to duty/VAT.
