My dealer. T.H. White supplied my car with a tracker device installed but unfortunately after less than a year it stopped working. Why? Well the maintenance man who came to check it today said that it had been installed incorrectly and as he himself had originally trained the dealer staff to do the fitting he was pretty annoied. As these devices are hidden units its not possible to check on the workmanship - customers generally do not know where they are for obvious security reasons.
The visit took an hour. All these breakdowns and repairs are becoming very time consuming. I am very fed up both with landrover and the landrover dealer!
