Dealer Speak Translation Required

OK couple of items picked up at the service, as im out of warranty I'll get the local grease monkey to do the work.

What would be the part cost/what parts are needed to fix:

O/S/F track rod end excess play
N/S/F bottom ball join excess play

If you get a greease monkey to do them (and why not) you will also need a full geomtric wheel alignment.

Costs around £75.00 but is need after your ball joint and you will also notice how much smoother it drives!

Track rod end requires new track rod end and nut - wind on\off like most vehicle then wheel alignment.
Ball joint will require 2 new modified ball joints (one each side), currently on back order. Easiest way to replace is to remove the whole assembly and knock the joint out\in. Parts come to around £50 (x2 ball joints and x6 nuts).
