If you do a search on here you'll find various opinions on Tim Fry, not all of them so positive. I've never used them myself so can't comment. Cotswold Motoring Services does seem to be well regarded. 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

I've had super service from Jonathan and his team and at very good price.
I'd definitely recommend them. ( often, as it turns out. 54 plate D3s seem to have stuff fail quite regularly)

Never heard a good word about Tim Fry and it used to be a disgrace in the workshop and back yard. Things may have changed.
Gloucester landrover had a mixed reputation, my mate has just started working there and is hoping to improve things.
Greyhill 4x4 told me when I got my d2 and took it there for a health check that it needed about £2k worth of work. Including both upper and lower ball joints needed replacing urgently.
Well, 9 years later, the ball joints are still fine.
