does anybody know why it would judder at around 15mph either when speeding up or slowing down ?.. I've had the MAP sensor out and cleaned it up but I've heard it's a waste of time cleaning an better to put a new one in.. thanks.

Superb subject for the post Laughing it might help if you make it a bit more specific.

Have you done a search on here? plenty of threads to do with juddering. A gear box flush needed or torque converter would be my first guess. Have a search yourself and see what you find Thumbs Up
