Love the tyres.. Usually a BFG AT/MT user.. No more!

My boss has a box at St James and we do a fair bit of corporate hospitality, I am slowly turning black and White..

(I am originally from Teesside and have a small loyalty to the boro)

Thinking abut getting the 20" painted one colour for easy repair rather then machined finish...

It's funny I've been using BFG A/T tyres over the last 14 years on other 4x4s and averaging 40k out of each set .
I couldn't believe when I bought my D3 with 21k mies on it that it had a new set of Scorpions on it ,when I questioned the dealer about it he said that's all you will get out of them on a D3 Shocked ,I'm led to believe that I should get between 30k/40k with the MTRs !

Six years ago I travelled to St James Park with my son on a coach,it took us 11 hours Embarassed,we were playing Arsenal that day and spoke to some Arsenal fans they laughed at our journey time, they flew up from London (40mins) Rolling with laughter ,and yes we lost, the journey home seemed even longer Rolling with laughter

Well thanks lo the forum for finding me a disco

Drove it home from Christchurch yesterday.. 6.5 hours.. Not quite as bad as dc man!

Asked the dealer if he would consider sponsoring the forum as it got him a sale.

There was an Orkney grey and a black remaining..

Love the car, even if I do look like a footballer!

I think I would be giving the dealer a call and asking a few questions about pdc, and then Land Rover customer service. I thought these days had long gone!
Had a 300tdi many moons ago, and when the plastic trim along the bottom of the door was removed it had been padded out with newspaper - the Sun no less! Laughing Screws stuck in with chewing gum too, For a car of this price and quality, it should have been perfect!
