I am trying to upgrade my radio to possibly a 7inch sterio screen with dab+ and satnav, i am looking at a chinese or whatever system, but because it is a S disco with harmon kardon speakers and a amplifier under the drivers seat I am struggling to find anything that will work and not mess with them.
Can anyone advise on this?

You have 2 options.
1. Buy an audio to optical converter. About 2 exist. £100 ish. Search on here.
2. Buy a wiring loom to connect between new unit and the speaker plug under the seat. These are silly money, for what are basically wires.
