Discovery 3 GS Basic 2007 Radio

Does any one know could i change the stereo in my Discovery 3 which has the CD400 single disc player for the 6 CD player ? Only reason i would like to change the radio is for the connecting of my phone as you cant connect phone via blue tooth on the CD400 model ?
Any help would be much appreciated .

It's not easy as the high line head unit communicates to units over the Media Orientated System Transport (MOST) a fibre optic bus which your car will not be fitted with, and needs an amplifier under the drivers seat, whole wiring loom would need to be changed, has been done by a guy in Cyprus works for or involved with the Nanocom company.
best to get a blue tooth device and connect to the AUX input if it has one.

Thank you gearmuncher
I did not think it could be done.
Never mind just a thought.

I do not yet have a aux jack plug but have seen a thread on how to install one looks quite simple ?
But then it is knowing what would be the best Bluetooth kit to use ?

you can get an aftermarket bluetooth hands free kit.

and if fitted correctly, connect 3 wires to the back of the radio. (for mute and to use the speakers)
