i did think that too but then I'm thinking why would they trap it between the console rather than use sticky back stuff and it must a pretty sloppy fit to be able to do so. Guess it could well be used to hold it down but still makes me think that is not the finished article given the gap accommodates velcro. Mind you I've seen worse fitting on landrovers  MY06 S - Gone but not forgotten

The DS/Evoque now has the option of Incontrol Pro which comes with 10.2 inch screen, I assume it will be the same with the new Disco. 23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green
