Wiggs - Does that device include a tuner? or is it only for cars with tuners? I am guessing I need to buy this kit as well if I want tv, but suddenly makes a gadget very expensive to justify.

I belive the kit is only to enable viewing of an already fitted LR tv while moving.
You could email the seller to check ..but thats how i read it  G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
