| Drivers Door not Locking? |

I have just discovered that when i lock my car the drivers door sometimes stays unlocked, if i open the door then the alarm sounds so that's working , any idea's as to what might be the problem  Steve

A common lock problem on the D3. An intermittant irritation I had finally solved by replacing the drivers lock mechanism (around £160 at a Surrey main dealer).
