Nothing to worry about on the Scottish weather forecast tonight. You should have a clear drive weather wise, traffic was good & light today for me.

Central belt has had some snow but all roads are clear. Grangemouth has hardly any snow left so no issues
Weather looks fine (just checked with one of my sales team) as for how long it takes.
I did Warwickshire / Leicestershire border to Uig (for the ferry) 05.00 to 13:00. Stopped for fuel and a coffee. Other than that non stop driving
537 Miles - made good average mph"To finish first, one first has to finish ...."

shawn, snow heading your way pre rush hour from us in the south, not decent stuff, just mother nature giving it one more roll of the dice to get the army out to deliver meals on wheels
Heading West of Glasgow for Friday am, good place to have breakfast/lunch is truck stop at Junction 38 of M6, in fact not really a truck stop, just that they can't call it "services" due to being only a mile or so from Tibshelf services, pick up a loyalty card, 9 visits and the next one's on them
Big picy of "Sally Traffic" who open it on the wall, if you like that kind of thing, otherwise television
Fuel's a decent price but not as good as the Shell services just north of junction 44, m6, that's the cheapest price on the motorway going up
Will be staying at Premier Inn, junct 44 Thursday, so look out for us if you're coming back Friday

Looking out of the bar window, here in (not sure where exactly) south of Bristol, its currently a white-out! lots of fresh snow and drifting in a strong wind.
My D3 is comfortably buried in the car park

looking out of my home/office, still comin down, not big time, nor big flakes, just that "bitty" snow that's more like ice crystals
i left at 10am straight up couple of coffee stops bough car from grangemouth (swb pajero for lads at work to use for running errands in) then straight back no issues at all loads of snow on fields but roads very clear, our council could learn a thing or two from the guys and girls up there, got home at 11.30pm 625 miles later and ready for bed
