Drl - non OEM, any suggestions
I am looking for some DRL lights to fit. I was hoping to mount them in the same place the LR OEM ones go, but am flexible on this. I don't want to do any cutting or shaping of the bumper though to squeeze in some and I don't want to pay £400+ for the LR ones.
Just wondering if anyone had any recommendations?Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

Thanks are they easy to fit without any cutting..... I'll have a look
Edit, these I assume, http://www.advancedfactors.co.uk/ledfog101...768-p.asp. I was a little put off by the sanding that was required, but will have an excuse for buying a dremel. Although it only mentions the D3, so any changes needed on a D4.Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

Why not do the fog light mod ?? Cost was about £15 inc DRL relay kit.

As far as I'm aware they will pretty much fit straight in a D4 its the D3 like mine that requires some fabrication. Obviously you will still need to wire them though and half the price you quoted. D4 HSE Lux MY16 Club Waitomo

I quite like the Osram ones as it also comes with the cornering light function.
Obviously wiring up is not as issue - would have to do that with any DRL mod, just did not want to start cutting the bumper.Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

Maybe it's my ocd kicking in but I couldn't live with that (having to turn the switch every time) and knowing that the rear lights were on as well (clearly not the same as drls).

I am not too worried about the rear lights being on - better safe than sorry. It is a bit of a faff, but something you get used toSill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

Reviving an old thread, sorry.
Can anyone who has fitted the Osram DRL/Fog/cornering lights to a D4 please confirm categorically that they fit readily or advise what mods are needed to fit them? Not worried about a bit of fettling to the surrounds if necessary but want to know they do not need a 'bodge' to secure them behind the bumper.
