Well here's your time to get it off your chest.
All these questions you had since being a kid that your dad couldn't answer!
OK I'll embarrass myself by going first. 
1] Why doesn't the sun burn out ?
OK it's burning gas, but it's being going for millions of years.
Surely it's not an endless supply, it should've been all used up by now.
So why does it keep on going?
[wish my jetboil canisters lasted as well]. 
2] When we extract oil from the earth, why doesn't the cavities left not get filled up with seawater?
That would be a damn good reason for driving a 4x4 - when the polar ice caps melt, we save the day cos seawater fills up the void where the oil used to be - thus no rising tides !
3] Why are motorcyclists always in a hurry?
4] Why does your face grow big when you've had a haircut ?
Ok over to you for answers and /or many more questions ! I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.

2) Never looked at it that way before, the sea water might not naturally fill the space left by the oil but we do pump it into the wells to get all the remaining oil out. So we are emptying the North Sea ready for the ice cap melt....  
Interesting point, does that make all us North Sea oil men eco-warriors in the fight against global warming. 
TSR2 & Willy Eckerslike eco-warriors...do you reckon it'll catch on?...
Maybe not they might want us to wear our underpants on the out side...not a pretty sight

Sun is burning about 4 million tonnes of matter every second and is now about half way to burning out. At that rate we've just 4-5 billion years left and there's nothing much the eco-warriors can do to stop it!!! 2005 D3 HSE

Could collect all those gash BOP's, Xmas trees and manifolds, laying around on the seabed, melt them all down and recycle - heat to melt them = increased greenhouse gasses is a bonus
Less mud, more North Sea down the holes! Lets speed things up a bit so we can drive to France and I mean drive
...........No wait that means there will be thousands of mingers driving over this way too......Stop drilling FFS FORECAST FOR TONIGHT: things have happened out there!!!
