egr 2p mod
I am right in saying that you just undo the springy clip at the top of the egr pipe and place the 2p in there, I have removed the top of the pipe and there is a small lip on the inside of the pipe potruding that goes into the other part does this not get in the way or will this just sit on top of the 2p. I understand I will been to remove the butterfly too. I have done a search but I only seem to find pictures of the blanking plate procedure. Thanks.

you dont need to remove the butterfly either, just remove the small plastic link that moves the butterfly from the actuator, and fix the butterfly wide open with a self tapper.

Up to you really , but remember the more coins you put in them more your D3 is worth when it comes to trade in.
I'd ingore Ents advice as any fool knows that if you put coins in your tank it seriuously limits the original fuel capacity.Hence your gauge wouldn't be showing true.Far enough it would mean that you would always have a few quid spare in the tank but it would however p s the girl off at Waitrose checkout when you fling diesel all over her duds when you go to pay for your pint of milk
