egr problem

Hi Everybody

I have an EGR problem on my Disco 3. Can anybody tell me how difficult a job it is to fit the EGR blanking kit

hi,

well i'm not the most confident bloke around a D3 but i bought my kit from BAS, followed the instructions to the letter and it took an hour or so being cautious but did them without any headaches!

Same as above..

I printed off the BAS instructions before ordering the kit from Pete, read it at least 100 times and then gave it ago Laughing

I am a novice at anything under the bonnet and I completed both sides in about 2 hours just taking my time, double checking everything. I would advise haveing a load of raggs to stuff down all the holes you think something could get dropped into though, ohh and a long magnet reach tool was very useful when putting the blanking plates into place Thumbs Up

Many thanks for your help on this matter. I bought the kit and fitted it, but unfortunately I still have white smoke when vehicle ticking over and the longer it ticks over the worst it gets, I am now thinking I may have injector problems
