possibly but have you tried plugging just one DVD adapter into one of the standard D3 12v accessory outlets, just with ignition on to see if it does the same? if it does, then it's the 12 > 9 adapter and possilbly the DVD players that are the issue, not sure how you would nail that one down unless they came with an AC adapters as part of the kit and theeeeennn......???

mmm they did come with an AC adapter & it was used in the house last week (clearly we don't have enough devices already in the house capable of playing DVD's!!!!! 4 DVD players, 3 laptops, PC.....!)
Didn't have any complaints about buzzing then, but they'd had two weeks of buzzing so perhaps they are just resigned to that fact.?
